You need to declare the countries you've been for the past 10 years. Travel history are important for the reason to prove to a visa officer that your are capable to travel and that you did not overstay in the country that you've been to. Some applicants don't have a travel history but still gets approved. As long as their purpose is valid, they have strong ties (job, assets, family) and are financially capable to travel.

Better present all available assets (house/car) and funds.Need to show past 6 months statement of your bank account as the visa officer wants to see your cash flow. Provide an employment certificate which indicates your position, date you joined the company, salary, approved dates of leave and the phrase that your company expects you to be back at this date.

If you are really visiting friends, you can ask them for an invitation letter. On the Letter of Explanation (like cover letter) just indicate there that you've known these people for XX years. You just have no pictures together to back this up. State why you plan to visit them.
Family ties are checked between your country and Canada. If you have dependents, which is none as you are single. For Canada, I assume you have no siblings there as well.

How many days you intend to stay ? Did you attach the bank statements of your brother in law or sister in law ? Although it's not a good idea that your sister afford your living expense, since you are self employed so it's suitable that you are self sufficient to support yourself while staying in Canada. Also you have to attach an itinerary which briefly describe your day to day plans and interests in Canada. No one can suggest the chances of approval and rejection. Always think positive every visa is different and unique to each other. There are few basic things which you have to cover on compulsory basis. So I wish you all the best and good luck.

Hi, she just mention in sponsor letter that she can bear all my living expenses. But in my cover letter I mention that I have enough funds for all expenses and attach bank statement for 15,000 CAD and in same bank I am receiving my monthly salary. And I have approved 3 weeks holidays from my office. So I mention 3 weeks there. As I joined this company in September 2018 and my annual leave are due now for 3 weeks. I didn't attach sister/brother in law bank statement as well itinerary. And mention in my cover letter that which place I ll be visit and also mention that my aunt, my cousin they are living there I ll visit to them and mention their name and address.
Hopefully, I ll get approved. Let see what happend.
