You can always apply and try to present the facts as best as you can. No one can exactly tell you here if your Visa will be approved or not.
Prepare your application based on the points I mentioned above and hopefully you get approved.
3 to 6 months if visit is very unlikely but a few weeks yes. Make sure you demonstrate you have at least 4-5k of spending money for a few weeks stay and then whatever assets you hold at home.
