I'm Canadian but I live with my Lebanese husband in Saudi Arabia.
I'm pregnant and I want to give birth in Canada with the company of my husband.
Can I apply for his visit visa while I'm still in Saudi Arabia?
We will be staying at my aunts house in Canada. Should we include any letter of acceptance from her?

Your husband can apply for a visitor visa from Saudi Arabia. However you should be aware that it may be quite difficult to get an approval. To be approved, he'll need to demonstrate that he has strong ties to his home country / current country of residence. He should also demonstrate that he has sufficient funds to pay for the visit. Even then, there's unfortunately still a very good chance he may be refused. Since you are Canadian, it's quite possible CIC will be concerned he has plans on remaining in Canada long term.
