2. What strong ties did each of them demonstrate to Pakistan? Property/land ownership? Dependent family? Good financial situation? Pension renewal?
both are seniors. dad 74 ,mom 63, did attached property document/ valuation, average financial 10000$ , pension is quite low for dad only so did mention but no proof attached as docs in different language , did mention my two sisters and grandchildren plus the extended family all in pakistan, yes partially dependent on me financially too but not quoted in my invitation letter

3. Have they traveled to other visa required countries?
mom travel to usa and saudia , dad no travel history (but travel history has not been quoted as the reason to reject )

4. What documents did you provide?

-property doc/valuation / annual property tax paid proof for parents
=my invitation letter has lease deed,salary slip , utility bill,pr card .
(plan to reapply and provide my canada tax return , property sale agreement as own one(not yet possessed) and bank statement for canada accnt around 25000$ plus in saving account joint for me and wife . along with paksitani birth certificate )

plan to reapply with more financial proof for myself as the letter did say not sufficient documentation for income /assets .

Its mean your parents gave biometrics on Wednesday and got refusal on next sunday from abudhabi ? So they processed your application on Thursday and refused on Sunday as abu dhabi off9ce is closed on Friday and saturday.

Gave biometric 11 Jan , refusal 14 Jan, applied online 19 December

You must have forget some documents because i was also refused on past same like u 2 times but i never left hope and applied again .now.i was in usa but unfortunately i cannot visit my brother in canada but still we meet kn border coty and i also visited peace arch park in usa and canada .so not lose hope as Baryana advice all members .

1. Did you transfer any money to your parents' account shortly before they applied? How did they justify the source of their bank balance?

2. Is your mom's US visa still valid? BTW the visa officer could cite other refusal grounds even if lack of short visits is one ground.

3. Do your parents earn any rental income? Any financial investments?

4. Can they prove they have any compelling reasons to return to Pakistan after their Canada visit?

Retirement savings , and been there for than 6 month , no transfers from my end in the last six months . I do transfer them fund seperately on top of there saving in the account , mean the balance stay steady. Which mean I need to justify or show my assets as they are partially dependent on me financially. Not sure really

Visa expired October 2018 with a stay for just 2 months

No , just pension for my dad only which is quite insignificant but yes it comes monthly for which a proof was not attached.

4. Can they prove they have any compelling reasons to return to Pakistan after their Canada visit?

Yes they specifically mentioned that they will return to Pakistan as family ties like
Two daughters and grandchildren in Pakistan also extended family for both parents in Pakistan with exception of one maternal uncle who love in canada .Inability to survive brutal Canada weather , and even in true sense they have no plan to overstay . But still figuring how to convince cic of a truth that exist as it is .i.e they will go back ,
