Visit Visa Status Webform Reply

Dear All,
I applied a visit and it is passing 125 days now,
Today I received a response for web-form inquiry saying "Your application is currently being reviewed by an officer".

What does it mean? Is this review is same as eligibility review or final review?

I applied since July 29th ,2019 for trv from Nigeria, send web form, no reply. Still Processing....

Here in india processing time is only 15 days
