Hi All,

I have refused for visit visa to Canada based on below reasons. kindly advise me can I appeal or resubmit my application.

Your travel history (I have attached my Schengen visa copy and I have residence status for UAE)
Purpose of visit (Applied as truism visa and I provided my return ticket with hotel booking)
Limited employment prospects in your country of residence ( I’m working in MNC Company in UAE since “2010”)

Ideally you should provide additional supporting documentation that proves you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term.

yes I visit Europe (provided entry and exit copy)

as tourist

as tourist

To see/do what? Did you EXPLAIN that to VO?

What kind of ties do you have in UAE?

I being here almost for 7 years working in bank.

Any growing career? Any family? Assets? You see you do not have ties in your home country (you do not live there, you do not have ties in UAE- what prevents you from moving (and staying illegally) to Canada?- that's what VO thinks.)
