You need to provide more information.

- How long a trip did you request?
- How much did you show in proof of funds?
- What ties to your home country did you show?
- Do you have any previous travel to countries requiring visas?

10 days trip.
10000 cad
My famly (father,mother,sister)
No travel to other countries.
These family members are not ties. If you had a spouse or children who were not traveling with you, these could be ties.

You need to show ties such as employment, property ownership, assets, etc.

You can try reapplying and showing evidence of employment. You should include a letter from your employer confirming that you are employed with them and for how long, as well as confirming your period of leave to travel to Canada.

The power of attorney is not helpful at all. Do not include this.

Your funds are on the lower side. If you can increase your proof of funds, that may help.

Are you living in your home country or another country temporarily? What is your home country?

There is no specific or minimum amount to show. However the more, the better. Since you have limited ties to your home country and do not have any travel history, I would recommend that you save up quite a bit more funds before you reapply.

Most likely to have a path for immigrating to Canada through a trades stream.
Figured as much. Wondering more if the OP has actually had his foreign trade certificate accredited. You can't just show up and write the test. You either have to have Canadian red seal trade certification or have your foreign training approved first.

What were reasons for refusal and basis for reconsideration (error in law)? Find it strange you filed for reconsideration one day after refusal. 179b is a general statement so don’t know purpose of reconsideration. Usually it takes time to a) order GCMS notes and b) put together a clear response. Why are you visiting Canada and for how long?

You sign off on your application so you should be review it before submitted. GCKey account is probably under name of consultant. Set up your own account and ask for application number to link or fire consultant.
