Hy all I want some information regarding my visa refuse due the some reason can anyone guide me what should I do now my visa refuse for 2 conditions please guide me

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as
I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will
leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel
for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).
• You have not provided sufficient documentation to support your or your host's income And asset

I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will
leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel

These refusal reasons mean the following:

- you didn't show strong enough ties to your home country
- you didn't provide enough evidence to show you have the funds to pay for your trip
- the length of your trip may be too long

Could you help me about my case? I will briefly mention my situation below:
On December 11, 2022, I apply for the visa for Tourism and Visiting Relative (I have a relative Aunt who lives in Canada).
On December 13, 2022, the biometrics are approved.
On December 23, 2022, we are informed that: "We regret to inform you that you do not meet the eligibility requirements".

In the letter reporting us the status of the visa application, they indicate:
I am not aware that you will be departing Canada at the end of your stay as required by section 179(b).
I am denying your application because you have not demonstrated that you will be departing Canada, based on the following factors:

• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application. (You requested a stay of 1 month and 20 days).
• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to cover the cost of travel for you and your accompanying family members (I have attached bank statements showing more than 50K CAD and presented all assets acquired).

Based on this denial, on January 17, 2023 we requested the GCMS notes to the IRCC ATIP and to date we have not had any response.
On February 28, 2023, an email was sent to the IRCC ATIP coordinator and we received a response from the AIPRP Online Request Service department, indicating that there are 2 different platforms to request the GCMS notes.

The ATIP application was made through the IRCC pilot website and we are not getting any response.
Please can you help us with your valuable experience and where we can go to find out the current status of the ATIP application and the real reasons for the rejection of the visa for Tourism and Family Visit.

I don't understand what is going with some of the GCMS notes applications at IRCC or CBSA. I have seen some get in 30 days and others are waiting for more than 100 days. For me, I have applied three times for GCMS notes and I have never had problem in receiving it in 30 to 40 days. Since I am not present in Canada or have any PR in Canada, I used gcmsapply.com to apply for GCMS notes. Costs around $6.

You should request a shorter stay. Maybe 2 weeks.
Don’t worry if you need to stay longer once you have your visa. Normally the duration of your visa is the same of your actual passport.
example: If the expiration date of your passport is in 5 years,so will be your visa.

Yes, indeed our planning is aiming for a 15 to 17 day vacation.
I will communicate my case through this medium as soon as I receive the notes from GCMS.
