My parents were refused USA Visa and the officer said that you do not qualify for it because you might not come back,. Now they want to apply for the multiple visa for Canada. What should I write on the question
"Have you been refused any kind of visa, admission or been ordered to leave Canada or any other country."

They were just refused US Visa that is it. But what has it to do with Canada.
What do you guys think my parents should write on their application.
My mother, sister and brother applied last year for single entry they got the visa
Now my dad along with my mom and siblings are gonna apply together.
Please help me any one

It does not matter what you think. It is clearly instructed. What you need to do is tell the truth and provide sufficient proof that they will leave Canada when the visa is up.

are they asking us about whether i was rejected visa for any other country. or are they just asking me that if i was ordered to leave any country

they r asking both and u need to answer both truthfully; if u don't, u r the the loser at the end, they have ways to know; nowadays everything is online and i'm sure countries like Canada, UK, US, Australia could share information if they want to
my spouse had been refused visit visa for UK and Canada for the same reason u mentioned and we did say it from the beginning; it is in their system anyway; that didn't affect the immigration visa
same for u, it might not affect if u show them enough proof of return

Yes Thank You. I got that. I am not going to lie for sure. I just wanted to clarify on the interpretation of the question being asked.
Thanks

They were refused. They have to answer yes or it's misrepresentation.
