Visit Visa from India (IRCC Portal)

Hi,
I and my father applied for visit visa on 3rd March 2022 and on 7th March we gave our biometrics and it was updated on IRCC portal on 8th March 2022. My cousin sister and her husband was a holding a citizenship and they gave us a invitation for house opening ceremony. I uploaded every document of my and my fathers ties to india (balance statement, pay slips, land assets, CA report) which was around 60k CAD and my relationship proofs with my cousin sister. I have uploaded the bank statements and house sale deeds of my cousin sister who were in canada.
What is the process time and is there any chances for rejection???

How old are you? If over 22, assume you applied separately. Processing is about 95 days. There is always chance of rejection because approval is based on both you and your father’s funds, ties to home country, travel history, purpose of visit, length of visit etc. Going to a house party of a cousin’s sister is not really a reason as the person isn’t family so you are wanting to travel for tourist purposes.

I am 30...me and my father both of us kept funds and ties around 60k CAD...and i have travel history for kuwait about 2months...

Assume you applied separately. You would have shown your bank accounts in your application and his statements in his. Travel history is to US, UK, AUS and NZ. Again all you can do is wait to see if approved.

Hi all. I want to ask you guys something. So I applied my parent's visitor visa on April 2021 no reply, second applied on 8 feb 2022 but forgot to include the uci and submitted a withdrawal but not withdraw yet, third application with all correct info filed on 19 feb 2022 biometric got updated on same day no reply. Today my agent sent a screen shot saying that my father's application got withdraw that we applied on April 2021 but not for my mother. can anyone tell what does that mean cause their is no update on the new portal on the 19 feb 2022 application. really appreciate your reply.
