We had applied for visit visa for my brother in law and his family last year but got refused. Last week we applied again and got multiple entry visa. We attached follwing documents extra this time
-Employment letter for him with indication length of service
-He went to Singapore on vacation
-He bought a house in India of CAD 30K
-Had 8,000 CAD in his account for six months
-Invitation letter from my wife
-Bank statement of my wife

And in the invitation letter we wrote that we will be responsible for his departure after said period. We sent all scan docments to him no orignals.

I learnt a lot from this forum so I thought I should share my experience.

I will be happy to help for any fellow applicant.
