Visit visa form 5257 confusion

Hi,

I am applying for one of my relative she was widow and after that divorced, so her current status is divorce, so i opt divorce in the forms drop down.

but in line number 11 they are asking have you previously married ?

so in this case i have to mention her first husband which is died or not to mention anything ?

please guide me on this
