i am married to a canadian guy. he will file my case in coming week. have a question that could we apply for a visit visa after getting acknowlegdment letter?

You can apply for a visitor visa if you are not a citizen of visa exempted country. The visa office may approve your visa subject to your eligibility, and especially if you are able to prove that you will return from Canada on expiry of the granted period.

Should we try to apply visit visa after filing our case..IS it a better option to meet my husband there in canda. or it can create difficulty for my case???
