I am Md Zahid Hussain from Bangladesh. I have some question regarding visit visa in Canada.
My mother wants to apply visit visa in Canada. She is widowed and 63 years old.

We are 2 brother and 2 sister. My elder brother lives in USA and green card holder. Currently he is doing a job as a software engineer. His wife in US citizen and they have 2 daughters.

My Elder sister lives in Alberta Canada. She is housewife and her husband currently get pension from Canadian Government. They have one daughter. They don't have the cut off income level to apply for super visa for parents.

Myself, Just get the study permit in Canada. My Class will be start on August 2014.

My Younger sister just finished her undergraduate study. She is newly married. Her husband lives in USA. Currently she lives with my mother.

But we have some inherit properties in home country.

I just describe our family situation. My mother firstly face the US embassy for visit visa. After that she will face the visit visa in Canada.

I just heard if daughter and son lives in Canada the mother cant get the visa.

Would you please give me suggestion on that issue ?

Thanking You

What you just heard was incorrect. Disregard and try to get a visit visa for your mother. Otherwise, try to get a US green card for your mother because green card holders don't need a visit visa to visit Canada.
