My 11 old daughter's Visit Visa rejected stating that "She will not leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph 179(b)". What documents are required to add to improve her chances, I am in Canada on WP till Apr'24. She is planning to travel along with her Mom.

Thank you for quick response. My fault that I haven't added on school letters in previous attempt. Just added Birth certificate as per website link. I am in canada on Work permit and return to india before Apr'24. I am inviting my younger kid (along with my wife & elder kid-Visa's already issued) for a short trip (30 days). I have arranged the following docs to reapply again. 1. School Bonafide letter, 2. Her Bank statement 3. Immovable asset docs. Kindly suggest whether these are ok to reapply or need to add any other docs/certificates. Thanks much.
Was that the only reason for refusal? What type of visa does your wife have? Why do your child and wife have visas...did they not all apply at the same time?
Include the school letter with paid tuition and registration as well as her bank statements.

The issue is that your wife and one child likely got approved because your other child wasn’t included on the application creating a tie to your home country. Is your wife employed? Do you have strong proof that you will be returning to your home country in 2024? How long have you been in Canada and what visa are you on? Have you ever applied to immigrate to Canada?
Agree with @canuck78. Your wife and child were probably issued the TRVs because your other child was not included in the application. Your second child is a tie to return. So the application should include not only the tuition fees but your wife’s employment letter with approved leave to prove she will return.

Reapply with updated school letter and tuition fees, and see what happens. As mentioned because you didn’t include your child in your wife/child’s other application, they have been approved because child was not included. Therefore it is a reason for your wife to return home. If your wife is not working then her tie is her second child, and again why she may have been approved.
If refused, you can consider a holiday in another country where you can all meet.

Hi, im trying to apply for my son using the ircc portal. In the second page of the application it asks if anybody is helping with the application. im filling for my son so i put 'yes' and selected 'family'. in the document checklist at the end its asking for imm 5476 form. should i fill this form and sign myself or change the second page answer to 'no'. been trying to fimd an answer for this in so many places but no luck.
