You really won't know until you apply. But with having only student status in the UK the question will be "do you have a reason to return."

yes.. if my cousin in canada he gona sponsor me. if he takes guarantee that he will leave canada at given date. then?

Yes you can apply, but like PMM says will you covince the Ca Hi Commission in London that you intend to return? Thats the weighty issue. May be if you have exams pending etc your case would be untenable. Good luck. But my advice would be , go to London and apply in person if they have issues they will tell you right there.
