First they said Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office Dakar, on 17/06/2019 to the Canada Visa Application Centre.

And after they changed the date to 20/09




Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office Dakar, on 20/06/2019 to the Canada Visa Application Centre.

What does it mean?

It means a decision has been made in your application. Have you completed a medical?

It happened with me the same thing now. First, it was dispatched from Canada VO, Dakar on 5/11/2019 to the VAC. But today it changed to dispatched from Canada VO, Dakar on 8/11/2019 to the VAC. In your case, the second UPDATE was a signal that it was ready for collection, or you still had to wait? Online everything approved and counterfoil received on 5/11/2019
