Because they are accepting so people are applying. If they they are so pious then they should stop accepting after having full capacity.

I am Pakistani not Indian and as your name suggests you are more than that .
I am holder of visa (twice) even refused for first time so you stick to truth and provide evidence about your claim and don’t try hiding behind hatred
Why they stopped if people have an issue that applicant stop (without ranting)
Their country so they can decide what ever they want

Pakistani visit visa applications are processed in Abu dhabi Visa office
I have read on this forum some super visa applications of Pakistanis are processing in New Delhi Visa office as well in addition to London visa office
whereas visit visa I believe is processed from Abu Dhabi
don't have much information on this though
I applied for PRTD for myself twice
both time it was handled by Abu Dhabi visa office

I did apply for my sisters TRV from Pakistan. She was going to attend my wedding in Canada, Applied in May 2022, Visa approved Aug 21 2022. So applications do get approved from Pakistan just need to have a strong application ad hope for the best.

At second visit on visitor Visa can apply Refugee claim safely. For example a family/person visit in March to Canada and then again in June and apply Asylum in June in Canada. Is it valid and safe to apply Refugee/Asylum on second visit.

Can apply at any visit however approval will be on the basis of case credibility and proofs of persecutions and most important thing is he/she must be aware the consequences of refusal
