Good day everyone, hope you all doing well
Is there anyone who previously enter Cabada through Roxham road or any irregular border crossing from US, and Visit US after becoming Citizen ??
if Yes, did you face any issues from US immigration ?

Your response is highly appreciated

Did you accrue any unlawful presence?
If you did becoming a citizen is irrelevant.
You are still you

You can file for a waiver for non immigrant purposes and when granted can visit the US.

Only if they hold a valid passport from a VWP county and not sure how that would work if they've claimed asylum in Canada.

Or maybe I'm misunderstanding which waiver you're referring to.

Go and read about I212d(3) waiver. Even as a PR you can get it. It’s for anyone who has accrued unlawful presence
