Could an approved visit/tourist visa get revoked or cancelled when the proof of funds shown/submitted before application was withdrawn after the visa approval?

How would IRCC know you withdrew the funds? Anything is possible but upon entry CBSA could ask to see the amount of funds in your bank account.
