visit to canadian embassy

Dear friends
can we meet in person at canadian embassies to clarify our doubts?I went to Canadian embassy,Abu Dhabi,UAE & security guard there told me that you can't meet in person.Its not allowed,he told me that if you have any querry,just send email.I sent email but they didn't reply specifically,so my doubt still un-answered.
Can anyone tell me that how I can meet in person at ABU DHABI,UAE Canadian embassy to solve my querries in relation with TRV?
