Visit Canada as a student when you have US visa refusal before.

Hi guys,
I'm planning to visit Canada as a student in May 2017.
I have 2 refusal for US visa under 214b before, would it affect for applying Canada student Visa?
I've heard that if you have US refusal you will not get Canadian and Mexican visas is that true ?
I have good travel history, I've been even in US before. And I'm 30 is that ok to be a student at 30 ? ))

It's likely to make it much more difficult for you. You can try however.

Age is not a factor in your case.
However, trying Canada after two US refusals is actually trying a Lottery.
Chances are extremely Slim.
