No real problem as long as you can show you can support yourself financially given you cannot work until your course starts.

Yes you can, i came here 5 months before my class

I think work permit is provided at the airport at the time of the entrY so if I enter early so their can be chance of risks as per you say that they not allow to work

You can only work when you start class

NO THEY DIDNT ASK ME THAT.......Actually i was suppose to land in Ottawa but i decided to land in Montreal to visit a relative before taking off to Ottawa and the officer was so friendly. He only asked for my Passport and admission letter

Your Study Permit will be issued to you at the Port of Entry
