I applied thru an agency a tourist visa to canada. The agency prepared all my documents. I was not interviewed but denied the tourist visa. I'm now applying for FSW. My answer in Schedule 1 regarding previous application for tourist is yes. Do I have to provide explanation?

Yes. Need to mention that the visitors visa was denied. Give details such as date of application, consulate etc.
