BUDDY AS FAR AS I KNOW GIC CERTIFICATE IS COMPULSORY.. BUT STILL U CAN ASK IF SOMEBODY APPLIED WITH ONLY SWIFT COPY. AND APPROVED VISA.. AND BEST OF LUCK.

well yea, as artiSOLANKI said.. GIC is compulsory but since scotiabank has got lotsa backlogs this time as many people failed to get the gic in expected time... so it's ok to apply with swift copy as they would anyway confirm with bank if suspicious.

so dont worry..!!!
