Visa Visitor - Sponsorship spouse inland & Open work permit!!! Help!

Hello dear friends!

Anyone knows about this? Or someone did something similar?

Im married with a PR, we have a child, PR too. So we are going to Canada on July. We want to do a SPonsorship there (inland) and meanwhile get a OWP. (This way is secure for us?, no risk for deportation??)So, before to go there we need a Medical secure? My wife is a canadian citizen but she lives here in Chile, since 20 years ago.

I read your post twice but i'm still not sure about your situation. If your wife is a Canadian citizen and you intend to apply inland who is the PR then?
If you were PR of Canada before, and you are married to a Canadian citizen with whom you living abroad, it counts towards your residence obligations. Your child is most probably citizen by birth. I am not sure this is your situation though so it would help if you can go step by step and explain who is who and what exactly you are trying to accomplish.

This is my case:

I am a chilean citizen married with a canadian (3 years), we have a child of 5 years (she is canadian-chilean)actually double nationality.
My wife lives here in Chile twenty years ago, and his papers are ok (passport, social..etc)

We want to go there and make the sponsorship spouse, inland: It is secure for us, a mean, no risk for deportation? Because Im going with a visitor visa. (eTa) and later try to get OWP (OPEN WORK PERMIT)

It's right this way, or in better case try to make Sponsorship Outland? I know that is much more slow, because we want to go to Canada in July.

Deportation means that you were allowed to enter but then ordered to leave and i don't think there is any chance of that happening in your case unless you commit a serious crime in Canada while you are here.
I believe what you are more concerned about is the risk of refusal on entry despite approved eTA? That may actually happen if the officer is not satisfied that you are a genuine visitor and actually coming to Canada to live with your family which is kind of obvious in your case. I think your best chance is to be upfront with the officer if asked about the reasons of you coming to Canada, provide true information about your intentions if asked. No one can know for sure what the officer decision will be as it will be dependent how human or a** he is at that particular day. One thing which can help for sure is to have evidence of ties to your home country, such as home, car, work, etc, something to show that you are not moving in yet.

BTW - you might want to check how long does it take OUTLAND application for Chilean national, it may be much, MUCH faster than applying inland, and you will not be tied to Canada during the processing. Note that you can apply with OUTLAND application even if you are already in Canada.
It also gives you an option to apply already now in order to save a few months in processing, you can still try to enter Canada as a visitor in July when you come with your family (experiences vary here as well)
