I am Indian Working in new zealand on job search visa i want to get Student visa of Canada under SPP 2013
But Am I eligible to get the visa Because some of my friends who was living in London applied and for Canadian Student Visa but got refused and reason was not satisfied to return back to their country.
Some one who is spend 2 year in abroad other than canada can get student visa?
