I live in Canada with my three Canadian children. My husband and daughter are currently outside Canada without residency. My husband applied for a tourist visa for both in one application. My daughter’s visa has been approved, but my husband is still waiting for a decision on his application what do you expect to respond

No one can tell you. Applications are processed separately. If eligibility and background checks have been completed then should have an answer soon.
