My family applied for Canadian tourist visa from India on 26th may and it still hasn't arrived. My vacations are about to end now. it's going to be 2 months now. Has the visa been rejected? Is it normal for it to take this much time?
the fact you didn't plan your visa application to allow sufficient time (currently 26 working days.......average) to process isn't the responsibility of the Canadian government. Your application has been in process for 29 days (not including transfer time between VFS and the embassy), so you are still about 3 days short of the average. If you are that displeased, perhaps try the US or Australia next time.
It's been more than 1 month already (including weekends/holidays) since we applied. And same situation here, vacations are ended as per sponsorship letter, is there a high chance to reject? According to search, it said within 20 processing days. It's way more than that already. What's keeping our application too much time? What can I do to reach the message to embassy regarding reason of delay or expediting the process?
