So i had applied to Simon fraser university (SFU) business program when i graduated from my high school, but didnt get admitted to business program but go admitted into the arts program, nd my study permit/visa was issued for 4 years.. sept 2009- oct 2013.. i started my schooling at sfu in january 2010 semester.. i had some problems settling into the new environment and high school transition and didnt do great in my first 2 semesters, and then i took 2 courses for 2-3 semsters so that i get high grades and get admitted into SFU business program but didnt make it and got bad grades and was enrolled in the universities BACK ON TRACK program.. so now im taking the summer off and transferred to Kwantlen University (another university in B.C).. so now i'll be continuing by studying here and will be taking 3-4 courses every semester. And i got my SFU credits transferred to Kwantlen, about 25 credits.. nd by the time by student permit expires i will have about a total of 45 credits.. i dont know why and how i started to think today that i will be having problems renewing my study permit as i didnt have good first 2 years at my university and by grades were bad and hence transferred to Kwantlen, but i will do really good at kwantlen and get good grades there as i want to complete my degree as soon as possible.. but are there any chances that the Visa renewal officer can think that im not a proper student (as i took 2 courses for some semesters and 1 course in the summer) and refuse it?
