I applied online for study visa and my application was updated today with review of eligibility changing to
"We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements." I have not yet passed the medical exam. May you please tell how much time will it take for decision from now pls?

it means a decision will soon be taken to see if you meet eligibility and as for your medicals, it will get to change soon

your app will meet a decision soonest, be optimistic
