I received the below message for my mother's super visa application. What does it mean - "Visa application, tracking ID No. 20161007xxxxxxxx- Your processed passport has been received at hyderabad from the Canada Visa Office,Bangalore, on 23/11/2016 and is ready for collection at Canada Visa Application @Centre,Hyderabad"? Is Visa approved or refused ? Please suggest... i am very anxious to know

Hi I received my passport with a visa stamp on 3rd of december. And on 5th of december the status is mentioned as YOUR VISA APPLICATION HAS BEEN DELIVERED BY BLUE DART ON. Does it mean i have to receive any other document. And may I know when will I get immigration letter for canada which is a student visa.
