Finally got my visa approved on 3rd March for Conestoga college..
Visa application reached Bangalore embassy on 20th jan
Approved on 3rd march
exactly 6 weeks

Can you please tell me what all documents you submitted for applying as non spp.Im also applying as a non spp since i have study of 5 yrs which is covered by my work experience.I got the offer letter from my college but there is condition stating that this letter of acceptance should be used for processing under spp India only and asked to accept the offer and pay the 1st sem fee.So can i apply for non spp general category with this same letter of acceptance? I enquired it with internation recruiter india region of the college and he told me that they dont issue non spp lettters. Will this be a problem while processing visa?

Hey all,

I was planning for Jan 2017 intake and even i had my medicals done but due to some personal reasons i postponed it to Sept 2017. Now, i have got an admission from Humber College for Electrical Engineering Technician - Control System (Sept 2017) and i have paid my fees too. I have got few questions and it would be great if you can help me out with it.

1) Do i need to appear again for Medical ? Because i guess the validity is 1 year. Isnt it ? (Visit Date for medical - 2nd Sept 2016)
2) When should i apply for visa ?

My profile:-
10th - 66%
12th - 55%
B.E. Electrical Engineering - 66% (6 Backlogs)
IELTS - 6.5 (L-7, R-6, W-6, S-6)
1 year 10 months Experience as a Service Engineer
