Visa stamping from different country

I applied for my tourist Visa In China and I might have to go to Pakistan. I need to know that in case if I do go to Pakistan and I get the approval letter while I’m still in Pakistan would I be allowed to get Visa stamp in the Pakistan Visa Application centre or would I still have to come to China where I originally applied from?

Yea you can submit your passport in any country after trv approval .
