what's your visa office? CPP- Ottawa is usually 2 weeks.

Ottawa is my office, we only had to send copies of our passports along with photographs because we are from Australia.

Not sure why it's taking so long, we sent them the self addressed express post envelope as requested and as of today it has still not been activated.

We have called and also emailed but no response.
