My questions is if we requested for passports for visa stamp in Mexico and I move to Pakistan can we get visa stamp in Islamabad instead of Mexico because its illegal to send passort by courier.

I agree with todiefor, if you cannot answer just shut the **** up.

You cannot go to Pakistan for visa stamping, you need to get the visa from where you applied. You could have transferred your case which could take long time in Pakistan if they accept your request depending on where are you in the process.

If you have to leave, you can always come back for visa stamping.
