Visa Stamp on passport

Hi everyone,

I have a question on the visa stamping to be submitted to CIC.

I have pinned my old passport (cancelled) along with my current passport. During one of my visits to US, the US immigration officer stamped in the old passport, which I just noticed.
When I'm making photocopies for submitting the visa stamps to CIC, should I include the stamp on my old passport too?

Any inputs would be greatly appreciated.

Why do you need to submit photocopies to CIC?

Sorry. I meant when I make digital scans of Visa stamps

It is better to scan each and every page of all your passports, including the old and expired ones.
Make sure that the scan is clearly legible and the total size of the file is under 4MB.
