Hi,
My visa is rejected today...i want to re apply...i got these reasons:


You have to satisfy me that you would leave canada at the end of your staty. in reaching this decision, i considered several factors ,including......

1.your travel history
2.your immigration status
3.purpose of visit
4.Family ties in canada and in ur country of residence
5.your current employment situation
6.your personal assets and financial status

Other reason: no study plan nor reason for study in canada

What is mean by travel history...which doc shuold i attached,i attached uni acceptance letter which i got from uni, last reason they gave no study plan.... Which study plan can i send , should i ask to uni to send me or i hv to explain in letter...please help me what should i do now...seniors plz help me...i ll b very thankful to u.

hey can i apply for visa on around 24th november for 2015 JAN intake under SPP?
cz i'll recive my ofeer letter by 16th nov and by 22 i'll get my GIC certificate after that i;ll be applting on around 24th no.
can i apply? or is it too late? plz reply

yes u can as I guess 1 dec is the last date so go ahead.

u should apply before 1 dec.

that one email which we filled in application form. that is IMM 1294 Form..

i haven't enclosed any agent so address was my personal email address.

i guess email is generally received on personal email address bcoz agent info is filled only in representative form. so u shud expect the email on your email address.

i have got 6 bands in IELTS L-6.5 W-6.0 R-5.5 S-5.5
i have completed my B.E ( mechanical engg) with 63%
10th 63%
12th 63%
i have applied in Fleming college for Project Management its a Post Graduate program.
can i apply under SPP? and what makes visa reject?

yess you can apply under spp if you're applying for study visa first time. Those who get rejected hav to apply under general category.
All your profile is ok.
but make sure the program you applied is relevant to your previous studies.
and also check whether your ielts score is meeting the requirement. (in most cases after graduation we need 6.5 no less than 6)

Don't be upset. Don't loose hope.I know it is quite disappointing, but You can see there are people in this forum who got their visa in third or fourth attempt.
Just have a strong mind and start again, you have time to re apply untill 6 dec i guess.
you can apply under General category, you just need little more efforts to keep your profile strong.
Include a very strong sop explaining your points.
