Visa required for the travel

Hi,

I am travelling to Canada. The flight has a lay over of ~10 hour at \Newark, NJ. Do I need a visa apart from Canada visa for this travel?

Do you have a visa for the US or a passport that is visa waived for the US?

I have a valid visa for Canada and layover is less than 24 hours. In this case also we would need transit visa in US?

Stop for a second. You're transiting in New Jersey, which is the UNITED STATES. If you need a transit visa for the United States, you need a transit visa for the UNITED STATES.

Having a valid visa for Canada means nothing to the United States.
