Visa renewal progress took almost 4 months and yet no news

Hello everyone, I am an Iranian student in Canada. Dec 4th 2017 I submitted my application to renew my temporary visa but no news yet!! Does anybody else have the same situation? last time I renewed my visa it took 2 weeks!!!!

I have a plane ticket to my country on 24th April for my wedding. I really need to get my visa ASAP. how can I get updates on the progress?

I Applied on 20th March 2018 and it was approved on 22nd March 2018.....and got a passport request letter same 22nd
I advise you to contact them by sending them an email or call them if you are in Canada
