my mom has a shop my dad has two shops my parents ow there house show deed for the house, we have money see our six month bank statement as well i have three sister ten brothers who are in school, i go to collage and i am a culinary club leader in this club ETC ETC
have your parents write letters as well that states they will be taking care of all your finacnes ETC.
and everything you talk about attach proof of them all.

Because they will already know it does not really matter but you can write it in the letter, and let the know you where rejected on XYZ grounds and you would like to explain or add more information that shows your intention to leave canada at the end of your stay.
Wrong advise. Previous refusal matter and that needs to be declared,else 2nd time again your visa application will be denied due to misinterpretation and possible 5 yr ban.
In cover letter, accept it was denied on the reason and then add points with proof , why you should not have been denied visa. I did this for my parents and they got approval in 5 days.
Also in application form as well (when they ask question about previous refusal and this apply to all country including Canada. )
