Visa Rejection

Hello Everyone,

I have applied temporary residence visa and got rejected!
I am Palestinian residing in Saudi Arabia and I applied for me, wife and son.
I have a valid US visa and previous US visa as well and traveled before to UK.

my plan was to visit US and Canada on May but unfortunately I got rejected for Canada.

do you think if I apply again alone without my family I will be accepted? or I have to wait one year?

I am residence but I mentioned in the the application permanent residence as I porn and raised in Saudi Arabia and I did the same when I applied to USA and got USA visa approved. Do you think this choice was wrong?

I mentioned I wanted to visit USA for 21 days and Canada for 9 Days.

More than 100K CAD.

I am employee with Managerial position and high salary compared to the salary range in Saudi Arabia but I changed my work on last October and still working and submitted letter from my employer. The employment letter is not mentioning my vacation, do you think this is the reason or because I recently joined my company?

I did Itinerary showing the daily activities and the places that I will visit but I didn't book flights or hotels.
