my visa was rejected for these reasons
travel histroy, financial assets and purpose of visit.
i am a student and the purpose was to visit canada for tourism and to catch up with some friends. so why it was rejected?
is there a minimum limit for the bank account to refuse the visa?
after when i can re-apply ?

What is your travel history? They are looking for travels to visa-required countries like the US, UK, Europe, etc.
What funds did you show? Yours or your parents? If you do not have your own funds, even if you're a student, it's generally harder to get approved.
"Purpose of visit" is a general refusal reason. The other two reasons were more likely the factor.

There is no hard limit, but the rule of thumb is CA$1000 per person per week of stay, plus roundtrip airfare.

after when i can re-apply ?
You can theoretically re-apply ASAP but you have to include new proof that addresses the reasons for refusal.

i don't have US or UK visa,, are they considering this nowadays?
I showed my dad's funds, because i dont actually have a job and they were more than enough for a 2 weeks stay .
do you think if i have a letter of invitation this would be better ? and can someone who has a permanent canadian residency send me an invitation letter?

invitation letter won't help you must have to prove them that you are genuine visitor and US UK visa always matters as it proves that you are frequent traveler and you travel in those countries and came back to home country as you are student so you must be young etc so for them you need to prove that you will visit Canada or any country and then will come back so better make your profile strong before apply either these rejections can create problems in future as well Good Luck

will it help if i applied for US visa and got the approval and after that re-applied for canada visitor visa or it is necessary to have us visa and to visit the states at the same time??

They’re not just looking for the visas. They’re looking for actual travels that prove you respect the rules and won’t be an illegal immigrant. Travel history is one factor, but the officer looks at the case a whole. It’s possible to be approved for a Canadian TRV without travel history, but the rest of your profile has to be strong. Unfortunately, being a student who has to rely on parents’ funds isn’t really that strong of a profile.

agree with @bellaluna they check every single point you provide or even not provide they check you fully before issue visa being a student it is difficult to prove them that you are genuine visitor when a businessman or well settled people visas taking 3 to 4 months normally after having a good traveling history and background so better prepare your profile and then re apply Good Luck
