Hi
I have applied for multiple entry visitor visa for my parents and it got rejected. First time it was rejected with reason that "you have not provided sufficient documentation to support your/your hosts income and assets." Then we submitted the second application including my last year NOA ,invitation letter , bank statement, employment letter and PR copy along with my parents documents including their bank balance of 18 lakhs ,pension statements and proof of properties. But this time it got rejected for number of reasons including travel history, family ties in canada and home country, purpose of visit, personal assets and financial status.

please advice is there any possibility to get visa approval again and what are all additional documents I need to provide them. Do I need to notaries any of the documents?

Look at my signature, if you are already tried those then its basically lack of travel history They seem to think parents will come and live in Canada after visa expires, in addition to strong ties to home country
You can go Supervisa Route

Travel history does make day/night difference, for eg, my folks got their 3rd Multiple Visa last year since they have extensive travel history and they only showed my invitation letter this time

Hi,

My parents Visitor Visa application got rejected saying that they have not provided sufficient documentation for their/host's income and assets.

Would it be wise if they apply if someone else (family friend) invites them (that family friend is living in Canada for ages and has good credit worth).

As the first invitation was from me, would it be a negative impression to get the invite from someone else.

Thanks in advance.

Probably won't work, since CIC knows that your parents are actually coming to visit you, not your family friend.

Wow... glad to have read this section. The instruction guide for my home country says the host "may provide documentation of income and assets", which can lead one to believe it's optional when it's not.
