Visa rejection

I got 2 times rejection form Canada and Usa.
Should I apply for 3rd time?
My profile is below
10th 70%
12th 56%
Bsc 58%
Ielts 6( S 6.5 w5.5 L 6.5 R 6)
Doing job in production of my relevant field.
Please let me know is there any chance of getting visa ? Is there anyone like to contact me pleas mail me dipnpatel078@gmail.com

5.5 bands in IELTS could be the reason of the rejections. Did you apply for caips notes? If you didn't, you should get them if you think of applying again.

one is IELTS. second is why the scores reduced after 10th. You studied B.Sc. What program are you going for?

But u didn't get bro.It is a less score.Try to get 6.5 with 6 each. Yiu already have low percentage .When it comes to English proficiency it is too low. So , officer doesn't consider u a bonafied student. See dont loose hope do ielts get good score and re apply see we need 6 bands not less than 5.5 for UG course and 6.5 with 6 each for PG college may give u admission but visa will be granted by embassy only bro. So understand the situation
