backlogs means supplies.... i.e how many times one has been marked fail in exams and he or she then again reappear in that exam in order to pass it ;D

I already graduated long time ago, my country university have never provided fail mark, they just provide the pass mark only. If they did that, I have a lot of blacklogs. I don't know the current situation.
