@ Ischaan..dude my visa also got rejected for the second time....m applying for CAIPS i suggest you do the same before applying for the visa again so that you know why exactly you're visa got rejected..

the rejection reason on the refusal letter is basically a brief one but thru caips u can ask for the detailed reason and subsequently reapply with much better prospects of getting the visa

@ Aditya, your profile looks good and even course isn't a mismatch either. Though this GIC blunder, I know why would you have done that and many people did exactly the same. Some got visa and some didn't. I read one post here in this forum where this guy attached TT receipt only and got it. But then yeah it's all about luck too! If you have got your GIC now, you can re-apply with same GIC even if you change your program (though my personal opinion course isn't a mismatch here).

I had applied for IBM.. i did my graduation in BBA (Aviation),n did my CPL from US before that..thats why i got rejected i guess...now m planning to apply for Project Management..i wanted to apply for AME but the intakes are for fall only....so i better take my chances with Project Management..

I have got my refusal under SPP for SPP 2013......I want to apply again for Jan 2014 intake.

1.Can I again apply under SPP or should I need to apply under general?

2.Should I need to refund both of my GIC and fees from the college or there is other way out?

My visa was rejected under SPP

Reason: I feel that your chosen course makes no sense and I am not satisfied that you would leave after the authorized duratio of your stay.

I know you cant reapply using SPP again but can I appeal against this case?

If yes, how long will that take? and any other details
