visa rejection sep intake 2016_tuition fee refund pending (seneca)

Is anyone , visa rejected on last intake( sep 2016), waiting for fee refund from seneca.
Please let me know, am waiting more than 3 months.

Seneca fee refund takes 2-3 months and I think they started it only in October. Wait till end of December. If nothing happens by the 1st of Jan, call them up.

Have you tried asking once of your relatives / friends in or near Seneca to go talk to the accounts department?

what i can do next?

If you know someone in Canada who lives in Toronto, you can ask them to go and inquire about your case. Actually I have requested the refund from Seneca college as well and the person who will get my refund is in Canada and my father's family friend, right after they send me the email that they received my request for refund and it is now processing I called the refund entitled person who is in Canada and he visited Seneca College and they told him that it will take about 4 to 6 weeks to get the refund.
