Visa rejection reasons

There are 3 reasons written for my rejection could you please tell me why they are written . For financial I showed a huge amount of money but I did not pay college fee as it was not mandatory to pay as I applied from Doha Qatar . I applied in a Durham college diploma and I am a Pakistani and I also did not write SOP as it was not written on checklist I got from VAC

1st: We are not satisfied you will leave Canada after studies
2nd Purpose of travel
3rd Financial and personal assets ( I showed a huge amout of money though More than 10 times more than my tution fee)

Could any one tell me how correct these mistakes and re apply again

Get Caips.
Show good ties to home country- family business, property, family members, job prospect.
Explain why this proposed study is important for you.
Pay 1 semester tuition fees, at least.
Did you forget to attach the acceptance letter, by any chance?
Try to show some property in your name.
