HAMMAD JAWAID FROM DOHA QATAR NATIONALITY PAKISTANI REJECTED VISA TWICE THE REASONS FOR SECOND REJECTION WERE

You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada after studying

Purpose of visit ( I got admitted in University of Manitoba through ICM)

Family ties in Canada and country of residence (I wrote in SOP that in my hometown Pakistan I have property of 425000$ )

Travel history (I travel Pakistan every year from Doha Qatar while I also travel Saudia Arabia quite often once in couple of years

Immigiration status in country of residence (This was the lamest as I clearly wrote in the from that I am a Permanent resident of Doha Qatar)

Should I go for review of my application will I be granted visa what do you people think I look forward to atleast 5 6 suggestions as I am very stressed currenty

If possible, it would be better to be accepted to the university directly - rather than through the ICM program. Even if this means you have to complete additional studies outside of Canada.

For travel history CIC is looking for previous travel to countries requiring visas (e.g. UK, US, Europe). So your travel history will be classified as weak unfortunately.

The immigration status in country of residence refusal reason actually makes quite a bit of sense. Chances of approval are typically higher when you apply from your country of citizenship. Is the property you have owned by you? Or is it owned by a family member such as your parents? Where is the property located? Country of residency or home country?

What are your IELTS scores?

Yea. Seen many cases where Pakistani nationals were refused who applied from UAE, Qatar or Ksa. Living away from your home country makes VO think that this person will settle over here
